The Subaru 4WD Club of Western Australia offers an opportunity for persons or families to be involved in recreational activities. We are a noncommercial social club dedicated to 4WD touring and enjoy the challenge of off-road driving in Subaru 4WD vehicle
Members should try to attend meetings to participate actively in club decisions. Visitors are welcomed at any meeting and encouraged to join the club. The advantages of joining our club are many. They include meeting new people with similar interests to you and making new friends. One great advantage to new members is that they learn important skills in the company of experienced four wheel drivers.
The club has a monthly magazine to keep members up to date on forthcoming activities and matters of interest. The club's most important events are the trips away. These vary in difficulty and type of terrain and range from day and weekend to some longer trips. These trips are led by experienced drivers who can advise you on correct driving techniques. You will also learn the proper recovery methods in the event of a mishap (such as getting stuck).
